The World Cup Draw Has Been Made!

The 2010 World Cup draw was on the 4th December in Cape Town. The fate of the various countries was decided by sporting greats from around the world. David Beckham, one of the worlds greatest footballers, was part of the draw.Thousands of football fans from around the world will now be able to book their world cup packages.The opening match of the World Cup will see South Africa take on Mexico in Group A. Other teams in Group A include Uruguay and France. Argentina, Nigeria, Greece and Korea Republice make up Group B. Argentina will be favourites to top the group despite almost not making to the world cup finals. USA and England were drawn together and will be the first match of Group C in Rustenburg. There will be many fans getting their England world cup packages to see their country hopefully qualify for the knockout stages. Algeria and Slovenia are the other two teams in Group C. Japan and Cameroon, the other two teams play in Bloemfontein at the Free State stadium for their first game. One of the favourites for the title this time round Brazil have be drawn against Portugal, Korea DPR and the Ivory Coast in Group G. The game against Portugal should be a great encounter with two great footballing countries. The current European champions, Spain, will take on Honduras, Switzerland and Chile in Group H.There a number of different sports tours and ticket agencies providing world cup packages for various matches and stages of the South Africa 2010 World Cup, now that we know who is playing who and where the matches will be, fans will be able to book their place for what plans to be an amazing tournament.
