Susan Pegg, Development Manager for Gladman Developments, stated that even with the current recession, their Abercrombie Court property was selling like hot cakes. This can be seen from the fact that 10 out the total 19 available properties have been either sold or leased out to various people during the current recession. The total area of Abercrombie Court is around 79,000 Sq ft and it can accommodate almost all kinds of businesses and offices. Presently, four companies, RigNet, Kongsberg Maritime, Annixter and Abermed have leased floor space between 2200 Sq ft to 5220 Sq ft for a period ranging between five and fifteen years. The company has leased out property measuring 10,000 Sq ft at the rate of £17.50 to £18.50 per Sq. ft. Gladman Developments further stated that they have sold property measuring 5000 Sq ft to a private investor for about £985,000.
